Our story

A coffee cart built for the people who run their day on caffeine.

Northline Mobile Coffee was started in 2022 by a small crew of Manchester baristas who refused to choose between great coffee and convenience. We bring the whole experience — machine, beans, milk, and a friendly face — to wherever people gather.

We roast partnerships with north-west producers, pour plant-based options as standard, and aim for zero single-use plastic on every event. Good coffee, done properly, that comes to you.

We're based in Manchester city centre and cover the full Greater Manchester area — including Salford, Trafford, Stockport, and Tameside. For weddings and larger events we travel further afield across the North West; just mention your venue in the form and we'll confirm travel details.

There's no hard minimum — we've poured for intimate 15-person team mornings and 400-guest conferences. Pricing adjusts with headcount so you're never overpaying for a small gathering, and we'll always suggest the right setup for your numbers.

Always. Oat, soy, coconut, and almond milks are stocked as standard at no extra cost, alongside fully decaffeinated espresso. We can also accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests across our seasonal specials — just let us know on the form.

Our cart needs a single standard 13A plug socket and a footprint of roughly 2m × 2m. For outdoor or remote setups without mains power we bring a silent battery unit — just mention "no power available" in the location field and we'll come prepared.

For office pop-ups we can often arrange same-week setup. For weddings, conferences, and peak seasons (May–September, December) we recommend enquiring at least 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your slot. Last-minute enquiries are always welcome — we'll do our best to fit you in.

Yes. We offer branded cup sleeves, custom menu boards, and cart dressing for corporate events and product launches. Branding is quoted separately based on volume and lead time — mention it in your enquiry and we'll send options.
